Advance Hydrau Tech installs India’s First Car Baler in MSTI’s Vehicle Scrapping Facility in Noida

We are proud to design and successfully install India’s first state-of-the-art car baler for the ELV scrapping facility in Noida with an aim to promote organized, transparent and environment friendly dismantling of end-of-life vehicles (ELVs).

The first unit from the JV between Maruti Suzuki India and Toyota Tsusho Group (Toyota Tsusho Corp (TTC) and Toyota Tsusho India), was inaugurated by Mr. Nitin Gadkari, Hon’ble Minister of Road Transport and Highways. The facility will have the capacity to scrap 2,000 vehicles every month.

According to Kenichi Ayukawa, Chairman, MSTI and Managing Director & CEO of MSIL, all machines installed at MSTI are manufactured in India and till now there was no scientific, clean and healthy way to dispose of a car at its end-of-life. “MSTI uses global process methodology to address this gap. With our partners we are committed to set up more such modern ELV scrap and recycle centres in India,” Ayukawa said. Advance Hydrau Tech Pvt Ltd, Delhi is delighted to play a major role by installing the Car Baler that can bale 20-25 cars per hour. The USP of the machine being that it can process complete cars into compact bales that are suitable for smelting in all kinds of furnaces. This is just the beginning and we will continue providing scrap processing and recycling solutions to support such visionary environment friendly initiatives across the globe.
